My research interests broadly encompass the ecology, population biology, and conservation of baleen whales, with a particular interest in understanding how anthropogenic threats influence health, reproduction, behaviour, and stress. For my M.Sc., I am using GT-Seq methods to analyze fecal samples from North Atlantic right whales (Eubalaena glacialis), contributing to population monitoring and linking hormone data to individual right whales. This work will help inform conservation efforts for this critically endangered species.
